Manipur bypolls: BJP wins one seat, leads in two

Manipur, 10/11: In a recent development, Bharatiya Janta Party candidate Oinam Lukhoi Singh won the by-election to the Wangoi seat in Manipur. The other two BJP candidates are leading from their respective states whereas independent candidates leading from one seat.
