Pakistan Court allows India to appoint lawyer in Kulbhushan Jadhav case

In a recent development, the  Islamabad High Court directed the Pakistan government to allow Indian authorities to appoint a legal representative for Kulbhushan Jadav.

Previously, the Pakistan government has appointed a legal representative without the consent of Kulbhusan or Indian government. The hearing of the case has been adjourned till September.
