SRC’s letter to all the collector of state
Bhubaneswar, 22/11: SRC has written letters to all district magistrates in the state. The SRC warned of heavy to very heavy rains. The SRC warned of possible flooding and landslides in the lower reaches.
It may be noted that red warnings are issued to four districts of Odisha.
