This state government announces complete lockdown across state on Thursday, Saturday

In a major development, West Bengal govt has decided to impose a lockdown across the state Thursday and Saturday. This decision has been taken due to the rising cases of Coronavirus pandemic.

Home Secretary Alapan Bandyopadhyay also admitted that the state has seen community transmission of COVID-19 in few areas.
