Pawan Gupta submits curative petition in Supreme Court

New Delhi, 28/2: Nirbhaya convict Pawan Gupta submitted a curative petition in the supreme court. Pawan sought his death sentence to be commuted to a life imprisonment sentence. Earlier this month, the Patiala House court in Delhi signed fresh death warrants for the four men convicted in the 2012 gangrape case. The convicts are scheduled to be hanged on March 3.
