Beware : Google Incognito mode is not safe

According to reports, Google is tracking its users even in the Incognito mode.

Google is facing a 5 billion dollar lawsuit for tracking user’s data while in Incognito mode. The lawsuit seeks at least $5,000 of damages per user for violations of US wiretapping laws, as well as local privacy laws in California.
