BJD to celebrate 23rd foundation day today.
Bhubaneswar,26/12: The ruling party of the state Biju Janata Dal (BJD) will celebrate its 23rd foundation day today. It will be celebrated in the party headquarter in Bhubaneswar and all the constituent assemblies. The celebration is delayed due to the solar eclipse.
