Breaking: Omar Abdullah to be released from detention

J&K, 24/3: Jammu and Kashmir government orders to release former Chief Minister Omar Abdullah after 7 months of detention. Two weeks ago his father Farooq Abdullah was also released from detention. He was put into detention on  August 5 when the Centre abrogated Article 370 and bifurcated the state into two Union Territories.
