Farmers Tear-Gassed in Karnal, ML Khattar cancels Meet
Karnal, 10/1: HaryanaChief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar cancels meeting near a village in Haryana after the protesting farmers in the were tear-gassed by the police. Mobile Phone footage from the spot showed the police firing tear gas shells and using water cannons.
Haryana was in the news when it decided to stop the farmers on their way to Delhi from across the state as well as those in Punjab.

Police also used water cannons to stop protesting farmers from marching towards Kaimla village.
