Good news for Employees, No documents required for PF withdrawal during Coronavirus pandemic
The government has given a big relief to the people working in organizations during Coronavirus Pandemic. The Employees Provident Fund Organization (EPFO) stated that an EPF member is not required to submit a certificate or documents to file withdrawal claims related to the outbreak of a pandemic COVID-19. You can easily withdraw money from the PF if you require cash during the Coronavirus pandemic. The EPF members are allowed to withdraw an amount equal to 3 months’ salary from their PF.
Employee Provident Fund Organization (EPFO) took to twitter to provide this information. The EPFO stated in a tweet that, it is not necessary to provide any certificate or document to the EPF member to file the withdrawal claim related to the outbreak of Coronavirus pandemic.
