Huge relief for Kangana, Bombay High Court quashes BMC’s demolition order
Mumbai, 27/11: In a huge relief for the actress Kangana Ranaut, the Bombay high court has quashed the demolition notice and added that Ranaut may take steps to make her property habitable and to regularise the same.
The court has directed the BMC to pay Ranaut the value of damages. Additionally, the HC has also quashed the demolition notices sent by the BMC to Ranaut of 7 September and 9 September
