JNU teachers and students boycott class over fee hike


New Delhi,13/1: The teachers and students boycott the classes which supposed to start on Monday. They are against the decision made by the administration to hike the fees of the hostel. This decision was taken after knowing that the university administration had blocked the registration for many students. The teachers association also supported the protest of students and called for non-cooperation in academic matters over a range of issues, including that of fee hike and the January 5 violence.They are also demanding the sacking of VC   M Jagadesh Kumar.
