No Stay on CAA-Supreme Court
New Delhi,18/12: A bench consisting of CJI Sharad Arvind Bobde, justice BR Gavai, and Justice Surya Kant refuses to put stay on implementation of the Citizenship Amendment act. The next hearing of this case will be held on January 22. The Supreme Court also issued a notice to the center regarding the validity of the Citizenship act.
