TN Official says, Bird Flu can affect Humans too

Chennai, 5/1: Health Secretary of Tamil Nadu Radhakrishnan said on Tuesday that, the bird flu can affect humans too. He also said the state government is taking the required steps to tackle the flu.

Earlier, the Mandsaur authorities of Madhya Pradesh have stopped selling chicken and eggs for the next 15 days over the bird flu the presence of which was detected in scores of crows in the state.

Kerela Government has declared bird flu a state disaster.
