Toshiba quits laptop business
In a recent development, the Japanese technological giant Toshiba quits from the laptop business. Toshiba sold 19.9% of its share of Dynabook. Previously, it sold 80.1% of its share to Sharp in 2018.
Toshiba is known for its satellite range laptops. Toshiba thrived between the 1990s to 2000s.
