Unlock 5.0: What’s open , What’s closed
New Delhi,1/10:(NR):Ministry of Home Affairs has released guidelines for Unlock 5.0. The MHA guidelines for Unlock 5.0 have allowed cinemas, theatre, and multiplexes outside the containment zone with 50 percent capacity from October 15. Swimming pools are allowed to open. The Centre has given state/UT governments the flexibility to reopen school and coaching institutes in a graded manner. Schools won’t enforce attendance.
