Bhubaneswar, 11/10: Miscreants loot around Rs 27 lakh after breaking open an ATM of Punjab National Bank on Patia railway station road in Bhubaneswar . Infocity police have initiated an investigation. The gas cutter and cylinder have been seized from the spot.
