ADM of Gajapati District Karunakar Raika passes away

Cuttack, 21/7: In a piece of tragic news, senior OAS officer and Additional District Magistrate (ADM) of Odisha’s Gajapati district Karunakar Raika passed away at MKCG Medical College and Hospital here in the early hours of Tuesday.

This is yet another tragic for the state after the demise of veteran actor Bijay Mohanty.
