Nirbhaya Case: SC rejects Curative petition of Pawan..Tomorrow hanging confirmed

New Delhi, 19/3: Supreme Court rejected the curative petition filed by Pawan Gupta citing he was a minor during the incident and that’s why his death sentence to be converted into life sentence. Supreme Court’s six judge bench heard the petition of Pawan.

Now , it is confirmed that , the Nirbhaya convicts will be hanged tomorrow at 5.30 AM.
