No Confidence motion against Rajya Sabha Deputy Chairman rejected

New Delhi, 21/9: The no-confidence motion moved by the opposition parties against the Rajya Sabha Deputy  Chairman Harivansh Narayan Singh was rejected by the chairman Venkaiah Naidu on grounds that it was in a “wrong” format.

The no-confidence motion was moved by 12 opposition parties against Deputy Chairman Harivansh Narayan Singh who was presiding the House during the passage of the two farm bills.
