Telangana Assembly requests Central Government to confer the ‘Bharat Ratna’ to PV Narasimha Rao

Telangana, 9/8:  In a recent development, the Telangana government has passed a resolution requesting the Central Government to confer the ‘Bharat Ratna’ award on Former Prime Minister PV Narasimha Rao.Chief Minister K. Chandrashekhar Rao, who moved the resolution, urged the Centre to install Narasimha Rao‘s statue and portrait in Parliament.
