Breaking: MHA releases new guidelines for purchasing land in Jammu & Kashmir
New Delhi, 27/10: Ministry of home affairs has released new guidelines for purchasing land in Jammu and Kashmir.
It has said that anyone can purchase land in J&K municipal areas without any domicile certificate. However, buying of agricultural land in J&K remains barred.
