Breaking: IRCTC site not working , as site sees heavy traffic

New Delhi,11/5: Indian railways ticket booking website IRCTC is not working as it sees heavy traffic as soon as ticket booking opens at 4 PM. The users faced difficulty in either logging in or trying to reserve tickets. Yesterday, Indian Railways on Sunday evening announced its plans to resume its passenger train services.
