New Delhi,31/12: General Manoj Mukund Narvane takes charge as 28th Army Chief of India today. He succeeds General Bipin Rawat. Bipin Rawat was appointed as the first CDS of our country. Narvane has served many important command and positions in Jammu Kashmir, NorthEast during his 37 years of glorious service.
