Pakistan all set to host South Africa after 14 Years

Cricket South Africa has agreed to play in Pakistan for the 1st time in 14 years. Proteas will play Two Tests and three t20Is

New Delhi(Johannesburg), 9/12: Pakistan will host South Africa for the first time in 14 years for a series of two tests and three t20Is. South Africa previously toured Pakistan in 2007. The series will take place in January and February 2021.

Cricket South Africa’s Director of Cricket Graeme Smith said, “It’s pleasing to see so many countries making a return to Pakistan – a proud, cricket-loving nation. Cricket South Africa is delighted to be counted among them. As someone who has toured the country on more than one occasion back in my playing days, I know how much passion the people of Pakistan have for the game as well as the love and support that the Proteas enjoy there as a team.”

The two-Test series between Pakistan and South Africa will be played in Karachi and Rawalpindi. The first Test will be played from January 26 to 30 while the 2nd Test will be from February 4 to February 8. The three-match Twenty20 International series will be played in Lahore.
