Decision changed, Pawan Gupta’s case hearing today.

The Delhi High court has changed its decision to provide more time to the Pawan Gupta to furnish the proof that he was juvenile during 2012. The hearing will be done today. Previously court adjourned the hearing to January 24. This development came after Nirbhay’s mother appealed for urgent hearing.

Pawan Gupta’s father moved to high court claiming that he was juvenile during the 2012 Nirbhaya rape case. His lawyer asked for time to furnish requisite documents.
