Work From Home increasing stress and anxiety among Indians

People doing work from home in India are facing an uncomfortable situation of burnout. The main reason for this – not being able to differentiate between work and personal life. Apart from this, there is also the fear of becoming infected with the coronavirus. This trend has come from Microsoft’s recent work trends index report. It was revealed that during the last six months in India, the problem of burnout has increased among one-third of working people.

Microsoft surveyed 6 thousand working people from a total of eight countries including India, Singapore, Japan, Australia, etc. A survey conducted through the Microsoft Meeting app found that India ranks second in these countries, in which the rate of discomfort among working people has increased.

Microsoft Work Trend Index revealed that 41 percent of the workforce is facing increased stress in India and the main reason for this is that there is no difference in personal life and work. His good life has also been affected by this. The reason for this is long talks with office people, increased working hours, and no fixed time limit.
