Taminadu: Priest beats up the dalit guard ,Caught on Camera

Tamil Nadu : 1/11: A Dalit guard engaged in the protection of the Tiruchendur Sri Subrahmanya Swami Devasthanam temple faced the priest’s anger. According to media reports, the priest had asked for a key from the guard, which the guard did not accept. Angered by this, the priest allegedly scuffled with the Dalit. The case has been captured on CCTV. However, the guard has not registered any case regarding this beating yet.

According to reports in the media, the guard refused to give the key to the priest without the permission of the authorities. The name of the priest who was assaulted is being described as Jaymalini Kumar. Policemen and two other priests are also seen in the video captured on CCTV. It is seen in the video that there is a lot of discord between the priest and the guard and when the matter got worse, Jayamalini hit the guard and pushed him.
