Fourth Test in Doubt? India expresses unwillingness to travel to Brisbane

BSKY

New Delhi, 3/1: Team India has expressed its unwillingness to travel to Brisbane for the fourth test match if further restrictions are imposed on their movement.

The third Test is set to be played at the Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG) from January 7 and India is keen to play the final Test at the same venue instead of traveling to Brisbane.

The news came after five Indian Cricketers were having lunch in a Melbourne restaurant. A video of them having lunch was shared by a fan who also paid for their lunch.

Rohit Sharma, Rishabh Pant, Shubman Gill, Navdeep Saini, and Prithvi Shaw have all been separated from both the India and Australia squads. They will, however, be allowed to train in accordance with the strict protocols that have been put in place by Cricket Australia.

The BCCI and Cricket Australia have launched a probe for a possible breach in bio-bubble protocols.
