MHA announces one-day state mourning in honour of Sheikh Sabah al-Ahmed al-Jaber al-Sabah,

New Delhi, 1/10: Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) has announced one-day state mourning on Sunday, October 4, 2020. This announcement was made in honor  of Sheikh Sabah al-Ahmed al-Jaber al-Sabah, Emir of State of Kuwait. National Flag will be flown at half-mast on all buildings throughout India where it’s flown regularly.
