Finance Minister Presents Union Budget 2021, Take a look at Part A of the Budget

New Delhi, 1/2: Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman is presenting the Union Budget for the year 2021-22 in Parliament today. She said the budget rests on six pillars, health and wellbeing, physical financial capital and infra, inclusive development, innovation and R&D, and minimum government maximum governance. Let’s look at what the FM has for us in Part A of the Budget:

  1. FM announces PM Atmanirbhar Swasth Bharat Yojana with an outlay of Rs 64,180 crore. She also announce the Poshan 2.0 scheme.
  2. Two more Covid Vaccines are expected soon in the country.
  3. Voluntary Vehicle scrapping Policy is introduced.
  4. Rs 35,000 Crore for Covid 19 Vaccines.
  5. National Institute for World Health will be established
