Former CBI director Ashwani Kumar found hanging in Shimla home

In a shocking development, former CBI director Ashwani Kumar and Governer of Manipur and Nagaland found hanging in his residence.

Kumar was in service in both the central government and the Himachal Pradesh state government for more than 37 years.
