GST Council meet: Relief for small traders

New Delhi, 12/6: Union  Finance minister Nirmala Sitaraman has announced various recommendations after leading the GST council meeting via video conferencing.  Some important decision taken by the council are

1- Late fee exempted for the small traders.

2- Reduction in the late fee  charge

3- Caps on late return filing.

4- GST return date extended up to 30 September.

5- Interest exempted
