No need to transfer Hathras case trial: Supreme Court

New Delhi, 27/10: The supreme court has said that there is no immediate need to transfer the Hathras case trial.CJI SA Bobde while hearing a plea said on Tuesday, “All aspects are being gone over by the high court and the CBI will report back to the high court.”

“Once the investigation is complete, transfer of trial outside Uttar Pradesh can be considered. Now CBI is dealing with the case and it will report to high court”
