Accenture implements Stress-free Work From Home , No calls after 5.30PM !

Leading multinational company Accenture creates an example by starting to implement the Stress-free work from home rules.

Some of these rules include ending conference calls by 5:30 p.m. and reducing the number of meetings on Fridays among many others.

Jack Azagury, who is the market unit lead of Accenture for the northeast US, “We’ve been very focused on mental health and helping people make sure they take breaks. It’s not like we’re working from home — it’s that we’re living in the office. We do need to be very careful about people burning out.”
