CBSE 12th Topper Tushar Singh scores 500/500 without tuitions

In a piece of good news, Tushar Singh who scored a complete 500 mark out of 500 didn’t take any tuition during his study.  38,686 students scored over 95%. He was a student of  CBSE Class 12 Humanities student from Delhi Public School, Bulandshahr. He received a full 100 out of 100 in all his papers. He didn’t take any tutions.
