Mysterious illness in Eluru leaves behind 1 dead and 350 in Hospital

Eluru, 7/12: A mysterious illness has left behind over 350 people sick and one death in Eluru, Andhra Pradesh. As many as 76 people have been admitted to the hospital since Sunday night. The officials said, as many as 186 people have been discharged from the hospital and 164 people are still under treatment. A 45-year-old man, who was admitted to the GGH in Eluru this morning with symptoms of nausea and epilepsy, had died on Sunday evening.
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy will leave for Eluru on Monday and visit the hospital where the sick have been admitted. The Andhra CM will also hold a meeting with district officials.
