Rajiv Kumar assumes charge as new Election Commissioner of India

In the latest development, Rajiv Kumar assumed the charge as the new Election Commissioner Of India. He was the former finance secretary. He took charge on September 1.

He joined the Election Commission of India with Chief Election Commissioner Sunil Arora and Election Commissioner Sushil Chandra.
