New Delhi, 8/1: Tesla and SpaceX chief Elon Musk is now the richest person in the world, overtaking Amazon Founder Jeff Bezos.

Even after his net worth touched $188 billion he was eager to go back to work. To everyone’s amusement he tweeted ‘How Strange’ when the news of his feat broke out. It was followed by “Well, back to work …”

Elon Musk surpassed Jeff Bezos on the Bloomberg Billionaires Index, a ranking of the world’s 500 wealthiest people, thanks to a 4.8% rally in the electric carmaker’s share price Thursday.
