These two Bollywood Actors are sent to Institutional Quarantine by BMC

Mumbai, 5/1: Brothers of Superstar Salman Khan and Actor, Producer Arbaaz Khan and Sohail Khan are sent to institutional quarantine by Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) on Tuesday. Sohail Khan’s son Nirvaan Khan will also quarantine with them.

The khan trio is sent to Taj Lands End Hotel in Bandra West for their quarantine. Later they will undergo an RT PCR test. An FIR was registered against the three at Khar Police station for breaking Covid 19 protocols. According to the complaint, the three of them returned from Dubai on December 25, 2020, and instead of isolating themselves in the hotel, they went straight to their home. They lied about quarantining at Taj Lands End Hotel in Bandra West but went home instead.

According to a BMC official, “These are huge violations. The guidelines were very clear. People traveling from the UK and the Middle East have to undergo compulsory institutional quarantine, even if they have a negative Covid-19 report. After 7 days of institutional quarantine, they will have to undergo RT PCR test. The actors (Arbaaz and Sohail) gave a false undertaking. Both brothers arrived from the UAE on December 25 while Sohail’s son Nirvaan arrived on the 30th. They have now been sent to institutional quarantine at Taj Lands End Hotel in Bandra West, Mumbai.”
